• Terms of Service ("Arabstock Contributors"):
• The following Terms of Service (“Terms and Service Agreement”) is a legally binding, non-exclusive agreement between you and Arabstock. Please read the terms of service carefully and make sure they are fully understood. 2. Ownership of Content:
• You always retain ownership in and to your content.

4. Accounts:
• Please ensure that the information related to the Arabstock account and your content is correct and complete.
• We may lock your account if you do something wrong.
• You cannot request to close your account before the first period for the publication of photos for the first stage, which is not less than a year from the date of release.
• After the initial release period for the initial release has expired, you can request to close your account at any time, and your request will be responded to within 90 days.
• You may not own more than one Arabstock account, or share the content with another Arabstock account, without permission.
• You agree to provide correct and complete information related to your account and your contribution to Arabstock, including but not limited to information related to the date, location and equipment used in connection with the creation of the content;
• By opening an Arabstock account, you agree to your acceptance of the Arabstock privacy policy, which is included here by reference and governs the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of Arabstock to the content and data you have provided, including data related to you, your account, your content or other information related to Previously ("Personal Data"). • After removing any item of content from Arabstock, Arabstock may amend any existing licenses for such content for a reasonable period thereafter, for example to support customers who may have previously activated a "companies" license.
• If your account is terminated for any reason, you must obtain a written authorization from Arabstock before creating another account. You may not have more than one active shareholder account at any time without written approval from Arabstock in each case.
• You may not own more than one Arabstock account, or share the content with another Arabstock account, without permission.
• You may not post identical content to more than one account without the prior written approval of Arabstock.
5. Content:
• You cannot request the removal of content from the site before the end of the period specified for the period of publication of the images for the first stage which is not less than a year from the date of launch.
• If your content is removed from Arabstock, existing licenses for previously downloaded content will remain in effect.
• Your content may be marketed on social media platforms by Arabstock.

• Arabstock reserves the right to refuse to accept or remove content from the Arabstock websites for any reason. 6. Content Submission Guidelines:
• At the current stage for Arabstock, the content is submitted by sending it to the Arabstock management / supervisors to upload the site, and a folder is assigned to account activities on your provided groups to provide the publisher with reports of sales and profits later.
• The previous system is in effect until the Arabstock Contributors system is developed, to automatically submit and publish the content through the publisher / trader.
7. Compensation:
• We will pay you royalties for the content provided through you for display / sale on Arabstock for every download of the content that Arabstock receives payment for.
• Profits and percentage are shown and an example of that at the end of the agreement in Appendix A.
• Arabstock must pay you royalties for content ownership for each unique download of the content Arabstock receives payment for. The current profit rates are defined in the subsequent profit table of the agreement at the end of the agreement "Appendix A", which is included in the table here for reference. If a customer downloads the same content item more than once, you will be paid only once.
• Equity payments and attached data will be issued monthly, approximately on the 15th of each month, for previous month's downloads.

• The minimum rate of return for each accounting period is: One hundred dollars ($ 100.00) (the "minimum payment"). 8. “Arabstock” Trademarks:
• You may not use the Arabstock’s trademarks in any manner without permission.
• For the purposes of the Terms of Service, the term "trademarks" means all common law or registered trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, or other indications of origin now or in the future that Arabstock uses.
• Nothing contained in this document or is construed as granting you any rights to use any trademark from Arabstock.
• You agree that you will not use the Arabstock trademarks in any manner that may distort, reduce, or negatively impact these trademarks, or Arabstock. 9. Copyright Infringement Claims:
• We respect your rights and may take measures to protect your content. If you suspect a possible misuse of your content by an Arabstock client, please contact us with details before taking any action directly.
• You hereby grant Arabstock the right and authority to take such steps that Arabstock considers commercially reasonable to protect Arabstock's rights to the content.
• In the event that you believe that the Arabstock License is misused of your content, you must not take any action against the Licensor of Arabstock without providing notice of such abuse to Arabstock and receive prior written approval from Arabstock for such action.
• If you wish to submit a notice of alleged infringement of content on the Arabstock site, please send a takedown notice in accordance with the new copyright law for digital materials in accordance with the policy of the United Arab Emirates.
• While Arabstock takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure that shareholder rights are not violated by customers or other parties, Arabstock is not obligated to take legal action against any alleged violation of any of your rights to any content.
• In the event that Arabstock receives a complaint about your content, Arabstock may suspend access to this content and terminate your account, in accordance with our Privacy, Security and Copyright Policy.
• If you knowingly or repeatedly send false allegations of copyright infringement and removal notices to Arabstock, Arabstock reserves the right to disable or delete your account without any further notice to you.
10. Representations and Warranties:
• You agree that you are legally able to enter into this agreement, and that any of the content you submit will not violate any laws or violate the rights of any third party.
• You may not publish your portfolio in a way that counterfeits the nature of your relationship with Arabstock.
• You acknowledge and warrant that:
• You have the right and full authority to enter into this Agreement and to fulfill all of your obligations under this Agreement in full;
• You are not under any legal disability or contractual restrictions that prevent you from entering into this agreement;
• You are at least 18 years old;
• The content and all of its parts are owned and / or controlled by you, and non-imitated, original works capable of copyright protection in all countries where copyright or similar protection is provided;

• Pending the determination of this claim, Arabstock may withhold rights of profits and / or any other compensation payable to you under this Agreement, such as amounts reasonably related to the potential value of the claim as defined by Arabstock.

11. Confidentiality:
• Please do not disclose confidential information about your Arabstock account.
• By submitting any content to Arabstock, you acknowledge that you will obtain some confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to property rights prices, equity payments and earnings data (collectively referred to as "confidential information"). 12. Indemnification:

• The party seeking compensation agrees to notify the other party as soon as possible.

13. Arbitration:
• You and Arabstock agree to resolve any claims through binding individual arbitration and not through litigation.

• Waiver of teamwork. 14. Electronic Communications Delivery:
• Arabstock will send you official documents and papers via your email.
• You agree to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures (collectively “Communications”) provided by Arabstock in relation to your content and your account. Communications include the agreements and policies that you agree to, updates of these agreements or policies, account statements, tax statements, and any other information related to your content and your account. Arabstock will provide communications to you by posting it on the Arabstock site or by email to the primary email address registered in your Arabstock shareholder account.

• It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address updated so that Arabstock can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if Arabstock sent an email to you but you did not receive it because your primary email address in the file is invalid or outdated or has been blocked by your service provider, or that you are unable to receive electronic communications, Arabstock will be deemed to have provided You to call. 15. Miscellaneous:
• If these conditions change, we will notify you. This agreement is governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.

• The terms and service agreement contain a full understanding of the parties regarding the subject matter covered in this document and supersede any previous agreements related to this subject.
• The validity, interpretation and enforcement of the terms and agreement of the service are subject to the issues arising out of or related to the terms and conditions of the service and its manufacture, performance or breach, and issues related to the internal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to the aforementioned arbitration agreement, any legal or procedural procedure related to the validity, interpretation and enforcement of the conditions of service, and issues arising out of or related to these conditions, their manufacture, performance or breach, or related matters will be presented exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates, and agree All parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts, while waiving any objections to the validity or suitability of these places.

• Arabstock shall not be liable for any damages, including actual, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the provision or use of your content, either by Arabstock or any sublicens thereof, or termination of your shareholder account. You expressly agree to all potential uses of your content under it, and you are not entitled to claim any specific compensation arising out of any individual or aggregate use.
• Please note that Arabstock reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in its sole discretion, knowing that no changes will be applied to any pending arbitration proceedings or legal claims confirmed prior to this change. Arabstock will notify you of any such change by advertising on this page, your login page, and / or by other means to allow you to review the amendments before they become effective. The amendments to these Terms of Service will not be applied retroactively. By continuing to make the content available through Arabstock, you agree to be bound by all of these changes. • Appendix A:
◦ Qualifying profits will be paid to the Merchant / Publisher after the maximum period. 3 days after the submission request sent by the merchant (publisher).
◦ When recording any eligible profits, the profits fees below will be applied to the approved author / publisher / merchant and shown in the merchant account, and may be raised or reduced later based on the general rates provided by Arabstock.
Important Notes:
1. The content will be accepted after being reviewed by the content team of Arabstock, and the content that is not appropriate for the project may be rejected in the current period, and the content must be of a Gulf character in the current period based on the current targeting of the project.
2. You must ensure that the publication approval letter is present in the event that there are persons (models) in the contents.
3. The content is uploaded to ArabStock within a period of 15-30 working days (based on the pressure and volume of requests directed).
4. In the event that the content is exclusive to ArabStock, and was evaluated as distinct by the content review team, it will be shown and highlighted in the first data on the site, based on the priority of appearance available on the site.
